International Shipping issues (rates)

We are currently experiencing a glitch that is causing international shipping options to only show express (no first class, no priority).  We are aware of the issue, and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We understand that express options are not ideal for most cases, and apologize for the inconvenience.  We are more than happy to take a phone order and apply first class or priority shipping rate manually.

We will will have this issue fixed as soon as we can, and will post again when complete

Tracking/Delivery confirmation errors

We have just been informed of a problem with all packages that were shipped out today. There was an error at the post office and the all show they have been delivered as of right now. Rest assured, we know they weren’t, and the post office is still getting them to you. Tracking/delivery confirmation info will be updated at the next scan.

We are officially back open and shipping orders again.  As some of you have already found out, we actually finished inventory early and started shipping last week.  We anticipate being completely caught up by mid week, so if you placed an order while we were closed, it should be on it’s way shortly.

While doing inventory we found quite a few rings that need new homes.  Some custom cut square wire rings, sterling silver, EPDM, and more.  We will be putting these item up in the clearance section this week, so keep an eye out for them.
