We are working on many new things for you here, with a lot of them being reference material to make things easier for you.  One that we plan to roll out late this week is a FAQ section.  While we have many questions and answers already put in, we want to know what you want to know.  Have a question about our site, shipping, products, or something else?  Tell us what it is.  It may just end up in our FAQ and helping others.

Tracking/Delivery confirmation errors

We have just been informed of a problem with all packages that were shipped out today. There was an error at the post office and the all show they have been delivered as of right now. Rest assured, we know they weren’t, and the post office is still getting them to you. Tracking/delivery confirmation info will be updated at the next scan.
